At Impresssion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns

You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In its original packaging.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@impression.com.pk.
Non-Returnable Items
